To keep your resin item in great condition, please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat.

It is also important to avoid contact with harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the resin surface. When it comes to cleaning, using a soft cloth and mild soap is the best approach.

Note: All shipping is tracked shipping and you will receive shipping updates throughout.

Pre-made Products
As these products are premade and already ready for purchase, they have a much quicker delivery time. You can expect them to be dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. The speed of delivery after that will depend on the delivery method that you select. 

Custom Products
We welcome custom orders to create personalized items just for you. Please allow additional production time for custom pieces. We aim for them to be dispatched within 10 days, but this depends on the size of the order and the material required.  The speed of delivery after that will depend on the delivery method that you select. Contact us to discuss your unique design.

One-off orders
If you're looking for the perfect addition to your home or a unique gift for a loved one, you can request that a specific product be made, even if you don't see it on our product list. We call these 'one-off products'

One-off products, due to their nature, have a longer delivery timescale as well. We cannot give an exact estimation as it depends entirely on the scale of the product. A small-scale product like a letter keyring or jewellery could be dispatched much quicker than a table designed with resin. For this reason, after a one-off order is made and confirmed with us, we can confirm a specific timescale for you, based on the product. 

Please note:

• Shipping times are estimated to the best of our ability. As we are not the courier, we cannot guarantee you receive the product within this time

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees for international shipments.

• We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once the item has been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking information if you encounter any issues

All of our products are inspected thoroughly and handled with love throughout their production. If we still aren't able to fully meet your standards, here's what to do:

For Custom or One-off Products

Custom products unfortunately are not returnable as they are designed specifically by you. In exceptional circumstances where the fault lies with us, we may be able to arrange a partial refund, or a discounted reshipment on return. This offer can only be made within 14 days of receipt.

For Pre-made products

In the case where you are not satisfied with our pre-made products, depending on the circumstances we could offer:

• Full refund on return (within 21 days of receipt)
• Partial refund on return (within 35 days of receipt)

Please note: Meeting the deadlines above does not guarantee you a return. Each return request will be reviewed individually and the results are entirely circumstantial.

Please note: in all cases, shipping costs will not be refunded and there may be an additional £1.50 restocking fee processed and removed from your refund amount in the cases of returns.

Please note: Refunds are offered, provided the item is unused. Used items will not be refunded and will only be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

• Raphoxy Resin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use our products.

• Products are provided "as is" or "as available" without warranties unless explicitly stated.

Raphoxy Resin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website or Instagram.

• We do not offer exchanges, unless under exceptional circumstances.

• We do not offer cancellations after 1 hour of ordering a custom or one-off orders

• Cancellations for pre-made products must be processed before the item is dispatched, usually within 24 hours.

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Issues regarding the courier should first be handled locally with the courier as after dispatch, little can be done on our end.
• We may provide a replacement, exchange or refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information (such as shipping address and contact details) and for reviewing order details before completing a purchase. Raphoxy Resin is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Our products may require specific care. Please follow any care instructions provided with the item or on our website. Raphoxy Resin is not liable for damage resulting from improper care or handling.

All designs, images, and descriptions of Raphoxy Resin products are the intellectual property of Raphoxy Resin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Stripe, sending a secure payment link and PayPal.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed at checkout.

Promotional offers or discount codes may have terms such as expiration dates and usage limits (e.g., “only one discount per purchase”). Raphoxy Resin reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

By submitting photos, reviews, or testimonials to Raphoxy Resin (via email, social media, or website), you grant us permission to use this content in our marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media, and promotional content.

At Raphoxy Resin, we always aim for the best possible quality so that every item that comes through your door is sure to put a smile on your face.

At the same time, we hope that you understand that working with resin is not a perfect science. As a small business, we do not use automated machinery - each product at Raphoxy Resin is hand-crafted with love and care. For this reason, items that you receive may contain slight imperfections in places, or variations in colour, shape or size

For imperfections within reason, the refund policy differs slightly, as listed below.

For Custom/One-off Products

We cannot offer a partial refund or discounted reshipment for minor imperfections. Depending on the resaleability of the item, a partial refund on return may be offered, however, return shipping costs will not be paid for and our own expenditure which was shipping costs will not be refunded. A product's resaleability is at the discretion of Raphoxy Resin.

For Pre-made Products

We ask that you assess the quality of pre-made products when you buy them. More photos are available on request. The return policy for premade products is as follows:

• Partial refund on return (within 35 days of receipt)

For premade products, a full refund could be offered depending on the resaleability of the item. A partial refund with you keeping the item could be offered only for major imperfections, as a gesture of goodwill

Please note: in all cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
